# tacklemap > A free public map of fishing waypoints with target species, access notes and coordinates. Coverage is currently Australia-only; New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom are planned but not yet live. tacklemap is built for recreational anglers. It curates publicly known fishing access points with a short access note, target species, and a spot type (jetty, estuary, dam, etc.). The site is server-rendered, ad-supported, and free to browse. ## Coverage - Current market: Australia only.
