Overview: about bigeye scad
Fast-paced inshore predator found in NSW and WA, known for putting up a strong fight. Target with small metal jigs, soft plastics or tiny baitfish imitations in 10-50m, particularly at night when they're most active. Excellent baitfish for larger species, bigeye scad are a great bycatch while chasing more prized targets.
