Powerful inshore predator with a strong fight, found over reefs and structure in NSW and WA. Target with live baits, jigs and metal slices in 10-100m, using medium to heavy tackle. Excellent sportfish and good eating, with a diet of small fish, crustaceans and cephalopods.
