Overview: about pelagic armorhead
Small to medium-sized pelagic predator found off NSW, SA, WA and TAS. Target with jigs, metal slices and small baitfish imitations in 50-200m over open ocean. Not renowned for strong fighting but makes good eating and can be a welcome bycatch.
