Beach with the remains of the old jetty pylons offshore — the pylons hold squid and the occasional snapper on the inshore reef edge. Salmon trout and mullet from the beach, with KGW from a kayak over the broken ground.

Situation. A ridge of high pressure lies across the state. A cold front will move across southern coasts early Monday but the ridge will persist further north. A trough over the interior of WA will be near stationary early to mid next week.
Sunday 6 September until midnight. Winds: East to northeasterly 10 to 15 knots turning southeasterly 15 to 20 knots in the late morning and afternoon. Seas: Below 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres by early evening. Swell: Southwesterly 2 to 3 metres inshore, increasing to 2.5 to 4 metres offshore. Weather: Sunny.
