Arthurs Lake

Lagoon·Tasmania·Australia

Field notes

One of Tasmania's most productive wild brown trout fisheries, set in the central highlands. Wet-fly and lure work the bays and shorelines from October on, with dun hatches sparking surface fishing in summer. Inland licence required, bag and size limits apply.
