Great Lake

Lagoon·Tasmania·Australia

Field notes

Tasmania's largest highland lake and a classic brown and rainbow trout fishery. Polaroiding the shallows in summer, wet flies along the wind lanes, and trolling along the drop-offs. Inland angling licence required. Season generally August to May — check IFS regs.
