Field notes

4WD-access camp and ramp on the lower Mary, between Shady Camp and Wildman. Tidal river with snag-lined bends and deep holes - barra hold the timber, threadfin work the mouth runs. Crocodile habitat throughout; the bank is no place to clean fish.
