Field notes
Lower Murray River where it enters Peel Inlet at South and North Yunderup. Tidal channels and canals hold black bream year-round on lightly weighted baits and small soft plastics; flathead and estuary cobbler also present. Public ramps at both Yunderups.

Situation. A ridge over southern WA is weakening. A series of weak cold fronts will brush past the southwest coast from today until Saturday. A new ridge will develop over southern WA on the weekend.
