Small sandy bay framed by granite headlands inside Torndirrup National Park, Albany. Famous for autumn Australian salmon runs targeted from the rocks and beach. Notorious for king waves — DBCA strongly recommends fishing from the beach, not the rocks.

Situation. A ridge over southern WA is weakening. A series of weak cold fronts will brush past the southwest coast from today until Saturday. A new ridge will develop over southern WA on the weekend.
